my tattoo
So today was the big day, the day that i had my appointment to get my tattoo done. Sir had been looking into designs all week, but He wouldn't tell me what, so i had to wait till we got there to find out. And i was pretty nervous by the time we went!!
In the end Sir decided on a simple pawprint design, on the top of my right asscheek. The tattoo guy was really nice and drew up some sketches based on pictures of jaguar pawprints that Sir took in with us (the jaguar is Sir's symbol as a Dom), and once Sir was happy with it, i had to pull my jeans down a bit and take up position on the bed thing ready. Then the guy and Sir talked placement and size (funnily enough the guy seemed to realise very quickly that He didn't need to consult me about any of the details or choices), and all too quickly he said he was ready to start. (my tattoo is a bit bigger and higher than this one, and there's only one pawprint:)

Sir had agreed to hold my hand through the whole thing, and i could really feel my heart beating hard as the guy rattled around a bit preparing stuff, then wiped something on my bottom and told me he was going to do the outline. That bit wasn't actually too bad, a bit sharp and scratchy sometimes, but it didn't take long either, so i got through it ok. But then came the time to fill it all in with solid black ink, and that was the bit i didn't like. It hurt a lot more, and it seemed that he kept going over the same bits again and again, and i got to the point where i just wanted it to stop but i knew i had to wait till it was all done. Apparently it took about 30 mins to complete, but i totally lost track of time, and was just squeezing Sir's hand hard willing it to hurry up and be done.
i'm pleased with the end result, it's a nice size and in a good place and it looks kinda cute as well as being meaningful to me. But i soooooo wouldn't choose to get another tattoo voluntarily!! It doesn't hurt hardly at all afterwards, except for if i brush against something, and i've been given instructions on aftercare which i'm going to follow carefully to make sure it looks as good as possible and i don't spoil my new tattoo.
Thank goodness it's done :)

When I had mine done, everyone told me that the outline was the worst part. They lied so bad! The filling in was what killed me, too.
3:28 AMi am so glad that Sir has forbidden me to get a tatoo or a piercing.
12:22 PMI have several tattoos of my own choosing, but I have that Master has decided will get redone, covered up, something since it was meaningful with my ex-hubby.
6:36 PMHe has mentioned having it done next month, if we can afford it. Ouch. I can't even think about what he wants there.
You have a wonderful new symbol and I know it will mean every bit as special as you want it to.
